Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate.
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

  • The garage is not open for guest access.
  • The roads and parking area at this home are all paved and there is space for up to 4 vehicles.
  • There are 2 steps to enter the main level of the home.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. Pets are not permitted.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • No children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The roads and parking area at this home are all paved and there is space for up to 4 vehicles.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and bed linens will be provided. Hair dryer is provided.
  • COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING YOUR STAY:
    • Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music.
    • Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer.
    • Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC.
    • Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus fishing holes.
    • Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts.

Construction Notice

  • Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: BRMC is an active community with ongoing construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
